Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason. This period begins the day after the consumer receives the product. Notification must be in writing via email. Returned products must be unused and in original condition. The consumer bears return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Article 7 – Effects and Costs of Withdrawal Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, Rosemere London will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return. Refunds include original shipping charges but exclude return costs.
Article 8 – Exclusions from Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Article 9 – Prices and Payment All prices include VAT and are listed in GBP. Additional charges like customs duties or import VAT (for deliveries outside the UK) are the consumer's responsibility. Payment methods accepted are listed on the website.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty Goods supplied will match descriptions and be of satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose. The consumer has statutory rights and warranties under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products with defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
