When can I expect my order?

Latest order time: 18:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (London)

We have a processing time of 1-3 business days and a delivery time of 4-8 business days.

The expected delivery time has been exceeded, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

Track and Trace

Have you not received your order 7 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us via our contact form.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

In the confirmation email for your order, you will find a number with # in front of it. This is your personal order number, which you can use to track your order on this page.

The Track & Trace code does not provide any information, why is that?

Please make sure that you enter your order number correctly, e.g. ‘#7489’.

The Track & Trace information will be available from the moment your parcel arrives at the mail order company. Please note that there may be a delay between receiving the Track & Trace code and the moment when the parcel can be tracked.
